Sabine Imdahl (1987) graduated from Maastricht University with a double- masters degree in European and Dutch (civil) law in 2012. Her masters thesis was about collective redundancy in a European perspective. During University Sabine had several internships with respected law firms both in The Netherlands, Germany and on the Island of Aruba.
Sabine is German and speaks both German and Dutch fluently. She also lived in New Zealand for a time and therefore speaks fluent English.
Sabine started working for Bowmer & Nuiten in March 2013 and she now works at our Rotterdam office. Sabine practices in international family law. She is specialised in child custody, both in national and cross border situations. Sabine also practices contract law and in (commercial) lease and rental property law.
Sabine runs our German desk and is contact person for our German clients regarding legal issues about Dutch Law. Sabine was nominated in 2011 for the law firm JPR Advocaten’s Dutch-German Jurist Prize. Sabine is also an active member of the German- Dutch – Lawyer- Association (DNRV) and JCI.
In her spare time Sabine loves to travel and to kickbox.
